Cherish’s interest in real estate started at an early age encouraging her to pursue her dream of a career in real estate in 2006. Cherish’s driving force was having the ability to use her knowledge and skill to assist family, friends, and her community with their real estate needs. Her career advanced to greater heights in 2010 with the creation of Great Peaks Realty. Cherish, along with her husband Heath Gran, and their partner Scot Munro developed a successful real estate business where she took on the role as office manager which has expanded her knowledge and expertise in real estate business ventures.
Born and raised in the Deadwood/Lead area, having lived in Sturgis, and now Spearfish for the past 15 years has provided opportunity to expand her knowledge of the Northern Hills. Cherish considers the Northern Hills not only her roots but the place she calls home. This is the place she experiences the love of raising two boys, enjoying the outdoors hiking, hunting, riding horses, running cattle, boating and fishing to name a few of her family’s outdoor activities.
